The salad was solid, but didn't blow me away. I got the Can't Get Enuf Salad with Shrimp and first of all can I say that I was shocked that adding shrimp was only $3. It was the same price as adding chicken. I kept being shocked by how high NYC prices are, but this blew me away in the opposite direction. The shrimp was delicious and worth way more than the $3. The salad itself had all the makings of something I would love, hard boiled egg, avocado, blue cheese, red onions, but something felt slightly lacking. It honestly felt like a salad I could make at home, which is never good. Maybe it was the balsamic vinaigrette which was basic. I think sometimes the dressing makes the salad and this one was just ok. There are some seats inside and some outside. Most people were grabbing to go and when I first got there every seat was taken. I moved to sit at the bar looking out the window since I was solo and didn't need to take up a whole table. Everyone working here seemed super nice and there's a restroom. I learned later that this isn't the case for every restaurant so I'm glad they had a restroom here.

Oh my. Goodness the salmon wrap and kale salad is SOOOOO GOOD !!! And the. Beach body juice is delicious! Wish they had more locations !!

The food here is excellent. Fantastic flavors, good portions. Service is wonderful- everyone is delightful to interact with... Some items are reasonable for the area (juices, for instance) but the warm bowls are $$$$- esp if you add protein. Probably won't make this place a regular for bowls only due to cost but if you're in the area and want some great food, this place is solid. Prospect heights bowl was WONDERFUL.
